I'm a CPA and MBA with over 20 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership across public companies, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth startups.

My career spans Big 4 firms (Ernst & Young, Deloitte), NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies, and hands-on operating roles where I've led IPOs, navigated complex SEC reporting, executed $650M+ in transactions, and built finance teams from the ground up.

I started consulting because I saw too many growing companies struggling with the same problems — finance teams stretched too thin, systems that don't scale, and a lack of senior-level expertise when it matters most. I help fix that.
